We do a lot of things in our new homes to conserve and recycle. The latest thing we do right on the job is to recycle the old concrete and brick from the demolished old homes. We use a grinder machine to smash up the material and reuse it in the drive way base walkways etc. This save a lot of energy trucking it and to make it elese where and then haul it back in.
We don't fiqure it saves much money, but it is worth it.
