		<description>We are about to launch into a market with many second homes. These folks tend to rent when they are not using. What I cannot understand is that so many people still have the time and money to buy second homes or rent second homes. I guess I am about to get a lesson in the market. I did notice none of the realtors in the area have even decent website. So much of the market shops online for second homes it does not make sense to not have a strong site. I hope to learn from yours, good job.</description>

		<description>Daniel- I think people with homes don&#039;t realize that a manager like you can help them by having their house rented for a greater percentage of the time than they can do themselves.  When people look on the internet for rentals in the area, they are going to run across your site more often than not.  That leads to rentals.  The key to making money renting (or at least breaking even) is to keep that sucker rented as much as you want.  It&#039;s hard for a person with just one house to get the same volume of calls that a professional does.  Keep it going...</description>
