I think I'll try to find time to bring this subject in to the light in a full article, but first I want to thank you for supporting my website. I truly do care about the community and despite being a real estate agent, do think that I can bring positive change to McClellanville without it losing what gives it it's unique character. We've all been trained to resist change and see it as evil, but all things must change and the task at hand is to shape that change into something good. McClellanville's economy would receive a big boost with proper healthcare, jobs, and education, but that doesn't mean we have to have a giant hospital and factory in our back yard. Just as the Dollar General is a good compromise for a grocery store, so are there compromises for these other things. Hi Ninja, you're quite mysterious. There is basically a lot reserved for such a business in the highway commercial zone, not that they have to take it but it would provide pedestrian access without having to travel on the highway. If I had to guess I'd say it'll probably be another 5 years if McClellanville continues the slow but steady growth that it has been experiencing.
